Q: How will I pay you if you clean the windows whilst I’m out?
A: Don’t worry, we are a reputable business, and really don’t mind being paid by cheque in the post! We also accept bank transfer - whatever is easiest for you!
Q: How often will you clean my windows?
A: As often as you like! Most of our customers prefer to have their windows cleaned on a monthly basis, but if you’d prefer less often, such as 6 weekly then this can be arranged.
Q: Is it ordinary tap water you use to clean the windows?
A: No, our Water Fed Pole system uses pure water to clean the window. Tap water while generally safe to drink contains dissolved minerals and other impurities. The water we use is passed through a series of filters to remove the impurities in the water down to zero parts per million. The water is pumped from our van along a pipe to a special cleaning brush on an extendable pole, all visible dirt is removed by the water and brush. The minerals that cause streaking are absorbed into the water as it runs down and off the window. A coating of pure water is left to dry naturally on the glass, leaving a streak free finish – guaranteed!
Q: How much do you charge?

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, not only are we insured, but we have public liability insurance cover up to £2million, which includes ‘property worked upon’. (Believe it or not, most standard insurance policies don’t have this!) We’ve never had to make a claim in the nine years we have been trading, but it’s nice to know it’s there. So don’t worry, you know you’re covered.
